April Challenge Update

Hello, all! Just wanted to update you on my first day of my April Challenge.

Here was my work out for today:

10 push ups, 10 burpees, 10 squat jumps
10 push ups, 10 burpees, 10 squat jumps
Dumbbell [DB] bench press (2 sets of 10, 3rd set to 15)
DB tricep press (3 sets of 10)
DB chest fly (2 sets of 10, 3rd set to 15)
1-minute plank
10 push ups, 10 burpees, 10 squat jumps
Lunges with bicep curl (1 set of 5, each leg)
10 tricep dips
1-minute plank
10 push ups, 10 burpees, 10 squat jumps
15 tricep dips
10 push ups, 10 burpees, 10 squat jumps
2 30-second mountain climber sprints

Everything in bold is part of the challenge! I did more burpees and squat jumps than I needed to 🙂
