About Me

These About Me pages are always tough, but I’ll give it a whirl. I just graduated with my MPH in Physical Activity in Public Health this May. I have a passion for health and wellness, but I unfortunately also have a passion for grilled cheese. I am a firm believer in holistic health, which in short is the idea that all aspects of a healthy lifestyle (fitness, nutrition, social, mental, sleep, etc) are intertwined and each is just as important to the other. To me, all of these are puzzle pieces, and you can’t complete the picture of a healthy lifestyle without every puzzle piece. My goal in life is to help others live the healthiest lifestyle possible with a holistic approach, and I believe that the best way to learn how to help others do this is to approach my lifestyle in the same way.

  3. Hey there,

Thank you for liking my post. I had a sports accident on 15th December 2011 and have been trying to recover since. My spinal injury has been the toughest challenge in my life, and I really want to say thank you for supporting me, it honestly means a lot to me.

Good luck with your masters! I too love the human body and am a firm believer in holistic health.

    Your friend,

    • Heya, I’m just super appreciative and want to say thank you for you supporting me again. I really love your writing and feel that we have a connection. I’m 25 years old and feel we can relate on many levels too! I’ll be following you, keep up the great job ☺ Lucas
